Additionally, they paid some moms’ medical fees for a total of GHS 10,000.00.

Poatnation’s creator, Meshack Okai, claims that the project is included in the organization’s yearly gift.

“As a group, we do voluntary contributions geared towards a particular cause so this time, we decided to support our mothers in the maternity ward.”

He noted that because of the hardships that women experience during labor, “we decided to support them to lessen the burden and challenges that labor can bring.”

Since “these donations can help contribute to making our society better,” Mr. Okai pleaded for well-intentioned Ghanaians and other groups to make similar contributions.

Peace Mati, the hospital administrator of the Obuasi Government Hospital, who accepted the gifts on behalf of the maternity department, thanked the group for their thoughtfulness toward the facility’s nursing moms.

She was very pleased that the organization had paid other moms’ costs as well.

Collectively, the nursing moms who received the goods thanked the organization for the gift. They also prayed for smooth operations for the group in the years to come.
